The Orchestra of our Expressions creates balance…….

I had a conversation with a friend about the balance that people seem to strive for in their lives. The opinion of some might be that there is no real balance that can be created in our lives. The thought that there is always something that throws the teeter-totter up or down, it can not stay in balance and that is just life. Yet, we are all trying our best to be in balance. She beautifully expressed that perhaps there is no balance and never will be, perhaps it is more like musical instruments playing a song. Some are stronger and some are softer in their tones, they are never in balance, they simply all come together to create the song. I believe in the balance of nature of all things and I was curious about this analogy. As she spoke of this I saw, in my mind, a balance from another perspective.

I saw a picture of instruments, a beautiful picture of each person’s life as an orchestra. Each instrument as one expression of the whole self, playing from its own qualities. How sometimes we, as the conductor over all our instruments, may pay attention to one part of the orchestra, in order to perfect a particular piece of the song and then we move on to another, until all instruments being a part of the whole orchestra, come together to create a beautiful song. So I could agree that looking for balance in the liner sense of the teeter-totter was unrealistic in relation to the many parts of ourselves and our lives that we live. But, I could not help but to think that the balance comes when the conductor works with his many instruments in his orchestra to create a beautiful concert. Within the orchestration of the concert, balance is acheived by using all instruments within their own unique qualities. Understanding their strengths, their limitations and that not all instruments play at the same time all the time. The Conductor observes and directs from a place of outside the orchestra, as to help the instruments to come together as one.

We are the Conductor of our life, practicing, perfecting, rewriting, redoing, replacing, and practicing again. We create song after song after song. Some songs are happy, some are sad, some are melancholy, some are energetic, some are smooth. In the end we have our Concert, our life as we have created. The orchestra of our expressions creates balance, the balance is our concert! …… Steffi Jo

‎It is Beliefs that Create Reality not words……….

‎It is Beliefs that Create Reality..not words………. Words only describe approximately an experience of reality. Example…I will be happy. One wishes to be happy and uses the words, but ones’ thoughts believe that they do not deserve to be happy. The result is that the Universe only understands that the undeservedness far exceeds the belief to be happy.Words are technically not thoughts or beliefs. They are representations of thoughts and have the power to shape beliefs. They are tools to remind ourselves and others of experiences. Although it is our thoughts, our beliefs, that create reality, we use words to describe our thoughts, therefore to some degree words will also create a reality.
Therefore we walk in companion realities. One reality is from our beliefs and one is from our words. By becoming aware of the relationship of these companion realities, within ourselves, how they react and counter react with each other, we can consciously begin to create the one reality that is in our heart, our true reality of our essence.Words are tools at our disposal to use to reshape and redesign the beliefs that no longer serve us. Beliefs are our current reality that can become misaligned with the reality our heart knows to be the truth.

Notice the self limiting beliefs created by thoughts and use words as tools to reshape and align these self limiting beliefs with the true reality of your heart and of your Essence. Use positive words, positive thoughts, affirmations of love towards ones self and others and new pathways will be made to your hearts reality. You are the one that creates the reality you live within. Choose your thoughts, choose your words and align them with the one reality you know to be your truth, your Essence.”

Think with your Heart

Think with your Heart……….
Your heart is the foundation of your wisdom; love is intelligent; and joy knows the truth of things. The Heart can see further than the eyes. It can see the truth behind appearances. It knows what you should do in each and every situation you find yourself in. When you trust your heart, you find your true power. Your Heart is the gateway to your soul, your Essence. The more you look into your Heart, listen to what it says and to speak from the Heart, you become more your authentic self and connected to your Essence. The more you connect with your Heart, the more all of your interactions will become more honest and heartfelt. As a result you become more open to giving and receiving, creating a balance of love and realizing your life’s purpose. Your Heart is always open to You!

Relationships Professional and Personal…..

Relationships start with you….Yes you! This is not new information, but sometimes it is good to be reminded. We all get caught up in life and what is going on in the moment. If we can remember to take a breathe, look at ourselves on the inside and how we are creating what is going on outside of us, we can perhaps find understanding to create better and stronger relationships, both professionally and personally.

Everything we do in life is directly related to the relationships we build. The most wildly growing relationship building phenomena today is in Social Media building. Professionally speaking, you must come out from behind your office door and get in the game! It is very exposing and a vulnerable position and the question becomes, “how do I begin to be successful in this arena and be comfortable doing so”?

Have you ever listened to a speaker and was motivated, inspired, impressed and wanted more? Could it be because he/she was “walking their talk” and you were attracted to the fact that they were being authentic? You can tell when someone is openly being themselves and speaking their passion in a way that enhances the experience you have when listening and it calls you to action in some way in your own life. The feeling of this experience either in a professional or personal setting is what attracts us to another. This is what we aspire to do in business and/or  our personal relationships when we are wanting to succeed in one way or another. Remembering that success means something different to all of us.

So how is this learned? Is it learned? I see it as something that we all have within us and it is about understanding ourselves and how we want to show up in this world. You can create business if you believe in yourself and your product, you can create the relationships that you want in your life, but it starts with your authentic communication. It all starts with understanding your core self, who you are behind it all. The more successful you are with understanding yourself, the more successful you can be in your professional and personal relationships.

My passion is coaching you in a way that you understand yourself and how to create strong and successful relationships in your professional or personal life, it all starts with you!

What a great group of women!

What a great group of women that I had the pleasure to present to at the Damsels in De-Stress conference today! The energy was vibrating with curiosity throughout the room. Such wonderful and interesting women. There were more “Essence 1″ types than I expected and that was fun to see.

Once I took them all through the “testing” portion of the class, I asked them to group together according to their Essence type. Oh boy, was that fun too! I got a little caught up in moving from one group to the other because of the fun-ness of experiencing the different group’s energy. These women were awesome!

I am looking forward to my next conference.
